Mr. Geriene is one of the co-inventors of the Nova RayŽ. He has over 20 years of experience in the marine industry, which includes marine surveys, salvage recovery, commercial diving, ROV piloting, contract negotiations, and the development of production and assembly specifications for new marine technologies. Together with Krist Geriene, they have acquired eight U.S. and international patents in connection with ROVs.
Mr. Geriene currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and oversees all operations of the company both domestic and international, including negotiating research and development contracts for future technologies.

Mr. Veal has over 20 years in the commercial software and robotics industry, including technology acquisition and project management. He is highly proficient in all facets of project architecture, software design and development lifecycles, including device drivers, micro and mini controllers as well embedded operating systems. He developed the onboard control software and the pilot user interface for the Nova Ray®.
Mr. Veal currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and will coordinate the research and development efforts surrounding the technology. He provides technical research and development planning leadership, which will include coordinating and supervising technological advances, overseeing all patent and other intellectual property filings, and providing technical support for marketing and sales.
